Caremark India was founded by the late Kevin Lewis in 2015. With over 40 years of experience in the care sector, Kevin's passion, experience, and unrivalled determination to provide high quality care for all, became the building blocks of Caremark Limited (UK) 17 years ago.

Greg after the completion of Caremark training from UK took up the Caremark India project. Currently leading the cochin office operation which is the pilot office. An Engineer by profession completed MSc. Engineering Project Management from University of Manchester

Shalini serves as the Care Coordinator at Caremark India, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client support. She is the central point of contact between clients, care workers, and the management team-managing scheduling, documentation, and communication with precision and empathy. Shalini's organized approach and warm interpersonal skills help maintain a high standard of service, ensuring that every client receives consistent, quality care. Her commitment to efficiency and compassion reflects Caremark's core value- where every touch leaves a mark of care.

Devisree, a qualified nurse, serves as the Nursing Trainer at Caremark India. With a strong clinical foundation and a passion for teaching, she plays a key role in training and mentoring our healthcare assistants. Her sessions focus on both practical nursing skills and client-centered care, ensuring every team member is confident and competent in delivering safe, compassionate service. Devisree also provides continuous on-the-job guidance, helping care workers handle real-world situations with professionalism and empathy. Her commitment to nurturing skilled caregivers upholds Caremark's promise of quality care at home.

Robin serve as Field Care Supervisors at Caremark India, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across all client visits. They play a vital role in monitoring service quality, supporting care workers in the field, and maintaining regular communication with clients and families. With their hands-on approach and strong commitment to client well-being, they ensure every care plan is followed with professionalism and empathy.
