Summary of role

To ensure that Caremark has availability of health care assistant to start new care and to maintain on going care. Increasing retention rate of health care assistant.

Principal Responsibilities

Finding out suitable referral source in order to recruit suitable health care assistant

Conducting interviews of health care assistant

Maintain documentation and file for each health care assistant as per Caremark system

Reference check of all recruited health care assistant

Leasing with admin coordinator in order to place the health care assistant once training is completed

Increasing the retention rate of health care assistant

Monitoring allocated staff in order to assure that they are able to work as per Caremark model

Ensuring there is availability of health care assistant throughout

Field visit in order to find good referral source apart from posting advertisement on newspaper. Institution offering GDA course, recruitment agencies, Kudumbashri etc.

Preparing the staff well before allocating them for training. Explaining to the staff about Caremark model, job role, salary schedule, taking leave, wearing uniform, staff supervision, care certificate, experience letter etc.
